Ultimate 3000™ - Custodial System
The unique design and functionality of Ultimate 3000™ Cell Call (SELTECH™) enables
clients to benefit from just one product that will fulfil their custodial requirements
for custody suites, prisons and youth detention centres etc. Ultimate 3000 Cell
Call (SELTECH©™) was developed over a four-year period with the ongoing assistance
of many prison and police authorities. The innovative concepts that evolved were
designed to assist officers and management with:
- Administration
- Audit trails and reports
- Home Office ‘care in cells’ recommendations
- Guard attendance logging (selective logging technology)
- The ability to retain a database for each inmate/client with the capability to integrate further into the authority's own database using the Genesys CRMS software cell call module
Ultimate 3000™ Cell Call (SELTECH™) has many unique facilities. These include the
ability to transfer public network telephone calls direct to an audio cell call
intercom. Tag readers on the guard indicator unit enable verification of attendance
by the officers. They can also be reset when an inmate or client has called for
assistance using the cell call panel button, or when a scheduled guard watch attendance
has been made.
