Ultimate 3000™ - Telephone Entry
The systems can be configured as a simple single exchange serving one building,
or multiple exchanges serving a network of buildings that are controlled by a central
concierge software management system, using our patented Genesys software. For the
smaller sites, the Ultimate 3000™ intelligent feature phone will usually suffice.
The technology used in the Ultimate 3000™ product includes full digital audio using
4 wire (twisted pairs cat5e or CW1308) to handsets, apartment stations and entrance
panels, with VoIP including multiple speech paths (2 speech path per network card)
when the systems are networked for concierge facilities. The Ultimate exchange has
a number of unique features including:
- Electronically isolated handsets and entrance panels so in the event of vandalism
or failure, the remainder of the system is unaffected
- As the system operates from a digital exchange, all entrance panels including sub
landing panel systems have their own individual speech channel. This enables each
one of the panels to be used at the same time. Multiple calls can be made to individual
flats on the same sub landing control systems
