Board Appointment and Promotion to Technical Director

Mark has been an integral part of the company for 29 years, having joined straight from college. Over the last three decades, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of the business and in establishing its reputation for delivering high-end, enterprise-level solutions with professionalism, reliability, and integrity.

He has, since been for the inception, instrumental in the development of the company’s enterprise-grade, cyber-assured Genesys command and control solution ‘Genesys’, Mark has also led the design and delivery of the latest digitalised custodial product solutions and automated bail and immigration kiosk systems. His work has consistently balanced technical excellence with real-world operational needs, ensuring solutions are robust, intuitive, and trusted by customers operating in demanding environments.

A natural leader who is both hands-on and customer-facing, Mark is known for leading from the front. He has progressed through the organisation alongside many long-standing colleagues across software and product development, production, engineering, support, and training, fostering a collaborative, family-oriented culture that reflects the values of the company itself.

Outside of work, Mark is an avid snowboarder, often saving his annual leave to escape to the slopes during the winter months—a passion that mirrors his energy, focus, and drive both inside and outside the business.
